Preconstruction
The preconstruction team will participate in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, permitting, and life-cycle costs. Our goal is to work with the construction team and the owner with planning, coordination and control of the project from conception to completion, producing a functionally and financially viable project.

Design Build
Information and construction often occur simultaneously on today’s fast-track projects. Titan Mechanical, Inc. will work with clients in design and coordination meetings to define the scope, design requirements and the fundamentals to make each project successful. Our designs incorporate energy efficiency, compliance, constructability and cost-effectiveness.

Design Assist
One of the primary benefits of the design/assist project model is that it provides the earliest agreement in design, scope, pricing and delivery of the project. Working in collaboration with the owner and engineer in conceptual stages brings a level of expertise, experience and practicality to a project so that unexpected delays can be avoided.
Constuction
Titan Mechanical, Inc. has completed hundreds of projects and we have developed methods and procedures to insure quality installations and to avoid unforeseen problems. We work closely and comfortably with all members of the construction team, emphasizing open communication, ready cooperation and attention to cost control in order to prevent the unexpected.

We are on call 24/7 and each service technician holds the licenses required for the complete installation or repair of your mechanical equipment. One call to our office dispatches the appropriate team to address the situation at hand.
